Data collected
Identity and contact details (name, email, phone, address), order and billing data, browsing data (cookies). For businesses: company name and tax ID. For sellers: identity and professional documents and, only with the artisan's explicit consent, the disability card used to award the "verified artisan" badge, which is stored encrypted, restricted to authorised staff and deleted on request.
Purposes
- Management of accounts, orders and invoicing;
- Customer relations and support;
- Improvement and security of the service;
- Legal obligations.
Recipients
The data needed for an order is passed on to the Seller concerned and to service providers (payment, delivery). It is not sold to third parties.
Retention period
Account data: for the duration of the relationship, then 3 years after the last activity; orders and invoices: 10 years (accounting obligations); seller verification documents: while the shop is open, deleted on request; SMS login codes: 7 days; access logs: 6 months.
