Article 1 — Purpose
These terms govern the use of the HandiArtisan marketplace and the sales concluded through it between artisan sellers and buyers.
Article 2 — Definitions
- Platform: the HandiArtisan website, operated by HANDISUCCESS INTERNATIONAL.
- Seller: an artisan or association with a shop.
- Buyer: any person (individual or business) placing an order.
Article 3 — Role of HandiArtisan
HandiArtisan is an intermediary that connects the parties. The sales contract is concluded directly between the Seller and the Buyer. HandiArtisan receives a transparent service commission on the sales made.
Article 4 — Orders and prices
Prices are set by the Seller in Tunisian dinars (TND). Amounts shown in other currencies (EUR, USD) are converted at the rate set by HandiArtisan, for information. The order is confirmed once payment is confirmed.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is made by bank card (Tunisian and international cards) through the secure Flouci gateway, by cash on delivery within Tunisia, by bank transfer or purchase order for validated business accounts, or with a HandiArtisan gift card. HandiArtisan never has access to card details. HandiArtisan collects payments on behalf of the Sellers and pays them the sale price less its commission.
Article 6 — Delivery
Products are shipped by each Seller to the address given by the Buyer, in Tunisia and, where the Seller offers it, abroad. Delivery costs are shown before the order is confirmed; any import duties or taxes are borne by the Buyer. Delivery times shown are indicative (preparation or making time plus transport). If the announced time is exceeded by more than 7 working days, the Buyer may cancel and be refunded. Damage or missing items must be reported within 3 working days.
Article 7 — Withdrawal and returns
Under article 30 of Tunisian law no. 2000-83, a consumer may withdraw within ten (10) working days of receiving the product, without giving a reason, by writing to contact@handiartisan.com. The product must be returned complete and unused, at the consumer's expense; the refund is made within 10 working days of receipt of the return. Custom-made or personalised products, perishable food products, used gift cards and unsealed hygiene products are excluded. Non-conforming or damaged products are repaired, replaced or refunded, with return costs covered.
Article 8 — Liability
The conformity and quality of products are the responsibility of the Seller. HandiArtisan ensures the proper functioning of the platform.

Article 10 — Applicable law
Tunisian law. Complaints are handled at contact@handiartisan.com within 15 days; failing an amicable agreement, the courts of Tunis have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
